We received professional, friendly service and Rob was very thorough. Our problem was resolved in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We appreciate Rob's diligence and hard work.

We called because we couldn't get the heat working in our condo unit. Colton, the technician sent was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. AND he offered us advice on the best way to proceed to possible help us save money.
The company made sure to work with us, even though I couldn't be on site and had to work through an intermediary. I highly recommend The Gentlemen Pros for getting quality work done with minimal fuss.

Always happy to use Gentleman Pros. Dave was great today, he did an excellent job on my hot water system and took the time to answer all of my plumbing questions.

We had water line hammering start. Randy installed the items that prevent this plus a new tap and faucet in our tub. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He fixed our problem and checked the rest of the plumbing in the house and even took a look at our furnace. This may not be important to many but our cat who is shy with strangers and even my family, came right up to him and made friends. That tells me this is a person I could trust. This is definitely a company I will keep calling.

Had a wreck where I needed to shut the main water off to the house. The next available booking was after the weekend but they placed me in an urgent queve and had technicians that very same day by 11:30 am. Clean, professional, and friendly!

The work wasn't cheap but I was not expecting it to be. All in all I'm happy with the job these two did. I will use the gentlemen plumbers again I'm sure.

My Carrier furnace (6 years old) was shorting out and required two panels to be replaced. While under warranty I was required to pay up front and wait for a Credit which was NOT Gentleman Plumbers' fault. I also needed the thermostat replaced (another Carrier faulty component) and he replaced it promptly the following week.
Overall, they were prompter than the company that installed the furnace originally, explained all the costs upfront, and I am now happy and secure that my furnace and thermostat will continue to work for the foreseeable future.

I have use Gentlemen’s Pro for a number of years. I find the office staff are exceptional. And accommodating for making appointments.
The tech’s are extremely polite, courteous. Also answer any questions that you have. As an older lady I find it very helpful, especially when you don’t understand these things. They gave me advice on something I was doing wrong. That would lower my utility bills on my heating. I’m giving them a 10 +

Justin was on time and professional. Easy to chat to and willing to offer information so you understand the process and things to look out for. The inspection which was included was thorough and well explained. Justin was more than willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy and was very friendly while doing so. Would recommend him to others looking for plumbing work.

Hermes was very thorough throughout the whole process from start to finish. Unlike most tradesmen I have experienced, he left his working area very clean and left no indication that he had even been here except for having solved the plugged mainline sewer drain! I would highly recommend this man for your plumbing needs!

It was so nice to call on a Sunday and speak to a friendly representative who booked an appointment for the next morning. I was quite panicked and upset to discover water coming up the floor drain in the basement, but relieved to know it would be dealt with the next morning. I was called in the morning and advised that the technicians would be earlier than I expected. Devin and Trevor showed up and felmthe moment they introduced themselves I just felt that everything would be fixed properly. They patiently listened to the issue, took their time to diagnose the problem and offer all the options to have it repaired. Once I signed the option they got to work right away and kept me informed throughout the day, even cleaned and sanitized the floor where the dirty water had come up. They also found a small gas leak on my water heater and repaired that quickly. I really can't say enough good things about my experience, they didn't even mind the extra supervision by my cat. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a plumber.

Brad was terrific, punctual, efficient. He found several potential issues aside from the ones first identified, helped me decide on each.He worked consistenly throughout the day and did great work. And my elderly dog Sadie liked him as well .

Peter was a most conscientious and dedicated plumber I could have ever hoped for!!!! He researched my issues with my low hot water pressure in my kitchen faucet, found a leak in my old copper pipe valve, cut it out and replaced it with a new one, found issues with my water tap and replaced it as well. He explained everything little thing he was doing, and why he was doing it, but first made sure it was okay with me. Peter was truly dedicated in making sure he did the finest job and made sure I was pleased with it. I am truly pleased and impressed with his persona and his workmanship . I will for sure know who I will be calling again should I need a plumber again. Thank you, Peter!!!!! You’re an angel!!!!

Chris B did plumbing work for a new washer drier installation as well as providing a replacement outside tap at our new home .He was polite courteous and knowledgeable.As a retired Corporate Project Manager who was also a trained Competency Assessor I knew within 10 mins of talking to and watching him he knew his job.I hired him on the spot.Chris is an excellent Ambassador for the Gentleman Plumbers

Justin was the technician that came to my home to investigate a strong sewer smell in my basement. He was very professional and took a lot of extra care to make sure I was satisfied with his repairs. He quickly discovered the reason for the sewer odor. An A/C unit that was installed had been draining down my main sewer floor drain with the cap ajar causing sewer gass to escape into the house. He repaired that issue and sealed the cap in place and re-routed the pipes properly to a laundry room floor drain.
I suffer from severe asthma so I can tell you I was more than grateful that I can now finally breathe better again. Thankyou Justin for your fine service!!!
