Peter worked very long hours to finish the job. He replaced the plumbing for an old and leaking bathtub fixture. I was so impressed with the team at The Gentlemen Pros - I was able to reach them in the evening (they have 24 telephone service) and had several calls with the team. The staff managing the phone were friendly, empathetic and very helpful. They were able to have someone to my house within 48 hours (was a non-urgent issue) and Trevor was fantastic. He was friendly, informative, and walked me through everything so I could make an informed decision. The bath tub fixtures were leaking pretty badly. Colton arrived quickly after I called. He fixed the problem within a few hours and the clean up was perfect. You would never had known there was ever a problem. he offered great advice on how to fix another drip in the kitchen and gave me a fair estimate to fix that too. Great job Colton! Thank you!

We had booked a kitchen sink swap out from a double basin to a single basin. Communication was good once we sent our request for service via the website. 3 visits were completed - first was to quote what we needed, second was to complete the swap/install and the third was an additional visit to address some flow/drainage issues we had. Colten was our installer and did an excellent job. I really appreciated that they returned on the third visit upon being notified that we had slow drainage issues and air bubbles coming up. They were able to come the day after we had notified them as well so appreciate the fast response. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of time spent and Colten did a great job walking through the quote, job install, and post installation - very professional!

We'd definitely recommend going with Gentlemen Pros and would use them again in the future.
