First, I would like to compliment the interpersonal skills of the first contact I had with the company, the dispatcher. She was polite and friendly. The plumber, Cody, was very personable from the start. He took time to make our anxious dog feel comfortable. He diagnosed and explained the issue with our bathroom sink. He took the time to replace the same part, on the second sink, to prevent the same thing from happening to it. This saved us a recall charge. Then, after doing a complimentary home inspection he found an issue with the installation of the basement toilet and fixed that too without us having to rebook. The toilet had been professionally installed, by a different company, several years ago. It was a labour intensive job that should have been done in the initial installation but was avoided because it took time and effort. The house is an older home and things are not always standardized. The inspection allows us to determine imperative next steps and budget. Cody was diplomatic when I was criticizing the last plumber’s work. This company is top notch! They understand the needs of the customer, respect our time, provide exceptional service and leave you wanting to call them next time something goes wrong. Guaranteed we will be doing that!

From the moment I called in till the second they techs left it was an awesome experience. Highly recommend both company and the technicians.

Today we had Jason H help us with some what turned out to be very serious plumbing issues. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step to us in detail and gave us options to choose from and what the outcome of each option would involve. In the end the service was exceptional and the plumbing problems were corrected. I would highly recommend using The Gentleman Plumbers. Top notch company!!

Had a water line burst in my walls. Logan and Paul were very professional in locating where the leak was. Cut the wall precisely and fixed it.

We had a problem with our hot water tank leaking. When I called Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, she was able to send someone out within a couple of hours. Gareth was excellent! He explained everything really thoroughly, was able to get us quotes/options quickly and had everything completed within a few hours. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and service. We'll be switching to this company for future needs and would highly recommend!

Devin and Liam were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained every step of the way in detail and provided us with several options to chose from - with detailed price breakdown for each option. No hidden fees or surprises. They were clean, diligent and efficient in their work, yet we didn’t feel like they were rushing through to get to the next service call. Are they expensive? I’d say yes, but professional - courteous - reliable service has a cost I guess.

A very pleasant first experience with Gentlemen Pros. I loved the upfront explanations of both pricing and services. More importantly, I loved how Riley educated me on plumbing in general and even on general heating after a quick inspection. This gave me peace of mind as to what I may have to repair or replace at some point (no one enjoys surprises).

Though I didn't proceed with plumbing services, I was happy with the small fee to show up and educate me. If I need to replace toilets in the near future, I will absolutely call and use Gentlemen Pros and of course recommend them.

I will say the customer care team and Beth specifically is a pleasure to deal with! I didn't initially have the best experience but the Gentleman Pros have a team that cares and made it right with me. This level of customer service is rare nowadays and I appreciate it.

Celina and the apprentice plumber that was working with her were so amazing!!!! It was really nice to see females in this trade. They were both very knowledgeable friendly and respectful. I would have both of them back anytime I have repairs that are needed. I appreciated the clear up front prices no surprises at the end of services. I have a dog and they were both kind and gentle with my dog. AAA+++ Service!!!!!!! I also appreciated their patience and understanding when explaining the work that was required.

Rob has become accustomed to me doing silly things with my sink and throwing things in the garborator that I shouldnt (spoons, a ridiculous amount of tea leaves, etc and then causing an explosion) and despite this, always greets me with a smile and the utmost patience. He tells me all my options and pricing and completes the job very efficiently. Will always have Rob back to fix my plumbing!!

Richard and Katlin did an exceptionally well done job for the job that I needed taken care of . As well I must say that katlin did a excellent job on installation of a toilet as after she was done there were no leaks and everything was working great . I was really impressed by her workmanship. She will be a excellent plumber one day. Richard he is very professional and does excellent Work. I will for sure let others know .

Great work overall. They cut back the cost when they realized that the problem wasn't as invasive as originally anticipated.

The kitchen sink stopped draining on the Thursday before Easter and I was serving Easter dinner this year. We actually got an appointment on Good Friday. Bill arrived and was wonderful to deal with. It took a couple hours but he fixed the initial issue and straightened out a couple of other things. My sink has never worked this good. Great Job!!!

Just as their name says, Logan is truly a kind gentleman. He is very professional, well-humoured, and ultra pleasant. Also very competent. My new toilet is fit for a Queen!

Julian was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain several electrical components in the house, best practice and maintenance to increase their life span.
