I had called the Gentlemen's Plumbers to help me replace my hot water tank and complete a check of my furnace after moving to a new place. The service overall was outstanding, from my initial phone call all the way to the end of the service provided. Kyle S. was outstanding to have on site, as not only did he provide full transparency around each step he was taking, but he took the time to explain to me the "how and why" so I could understand my home better.

Kyle provided me with an honest, candid assessment of my home, and I was able to proceed with the service fully comfortable and happy. On top of that, he was just overall a great person to be around.

I will be using the Gentlemen's Plumbers again!
