quotation, binding estimate, offer, equipment-sizing determination, diagnosis, or promise to
provide services at a particular price.
Final equipment selection, scope, and pricing may change after an appropriate assessment.
Factors may include equipment size and availability, site measurements, venting, ductwork,
electrical or gas requirements, drainage, access, concealed conditions, hazardous materials,
code upgrades, permits, taxes, rebates, warranty choices, and selected accessories.
Any written quote that we approve after reviewing the work will control over an online planning
range. Unless expressly stated in writing, website prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may
be changed or withdrawn without notice.
