What a fantastic company to deal with. Professional, polite, knowledgeable. Dave came to my home and assess the situation was perfectly honest with me straightforward, and explained everything on a level that I could understand. Conrad was a real gentleman ( pardon the pun ). He gave me 3 options on how to approach the problem, along with cost estimates for each. Once I had chosen the option I wanted, he wrote up the total cost for me to sign off on. Just as he was heading to his van to get the tools he would need, the problem resolved itself. He then reversed the charge that he had quoted me, and only charged me for the service call. He then proceeded to inspect all the plumbing in the house and gave me advice on how to avoid potential problems that could arise in the future, and that was all a free service which The Gentleman Plumbers do on any of their calls. Personally, I couldn't be happier with the service that Conrad provided.

He clearly explained every aspect of what he was seeing on our hot water tank, what he felt needed to be replaced/fixed and what was still fully functional/safe.
