I was pleased with the electrical inspection that was completed. Chris was very good at explaining the couple of things that should be considered for updating/replacing. I was given estimates of the costs that would be involved.
I would definitely recommend the Gentlemen Pros for any plumbing, heating and/or electrical issues.

My shower was not easy to install. The contractor who had started the job (not the Gentlemen Pros) had made multiple mistakes roughing in the plumbing which meant that Peter was walking into a complicated mess when he arrived.

He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that I had a functioning shower, and was extremely professional. He explained everything that he was doing which was definitely appreciated, especially after having such a negative experience with the previous contractor.

I would absolutely hire this company again, and would specifically ask for Peter as he did such an excellent job. Thank you so much for the great service!

Walter and his assistant (Colton?) were very respectful of me and our home. They were polite and clean. They did everything promised, answered questions and explained everything I needed to know before and after instalation. This was not the cheapest available instalation but in my mind the professionalism and the after instalation service plans make this very good value for the money. The instalation cost less than the original estimate because Walter did detailed calculations of my home's heat needs after the original visit. This indicated that a smaller furnace unit was needed than was quoted in the original estimate. I appreciated that attention to detail to provide the best unit for my home rather than trying to sell me more than I needed.

The company offered several times to come sooner than the arranged appointment, including earlier the same day, which I appreciated, though I stuck with the original date and time. There was nothing I could criticize. They were polite, efficient, friendly, thorough etc.

Pricing was explained thouroughly at the start, so the bill held no surprizes. This is unlike the previous plumbers I'd used, who handed me a huge bill but did terrible work, resulting in my needing to call Gentleman Pros.

So I am very happy with the entire experience.

Great service! This is the second time I've had them out, and both times have resulted in major repairs (not their fault, just an older house). Dave S. Installed ( July 7 )drain for bathroom sink. Great. Came back from holidays and noticed a slow leak coming from the new drain. Called the office to tell them on August 28 , the best they can do is come September 9 to fix the issue. Not impressed. The 5 star is for Colten L. who came to repair the leak. Came in , polite, found the problem, apologized several times and got the job done . Tested the repair several times, very professional,cleaned up and left. No charge. Outstanding, Ask for that young man if you deal with that company.

We had a new furnace, humidifier, and thermostat installed by Nick at Gentlemen Plumbers. It was done in a 4 ft crawl space and was a big job. Nick was very professional and went above and beyond with this installation. After the installation was complete Nick went through the entire install with us, showed us how it all works and how to use the new thermostat. We are very happy with everything and would definitely recommend Gentlemen Plumbers

I had Jason and Devin today for furnace check-up and cleaning. I had no idea on my furnace as I moved in recently. They had gone through check-up and cleaning thoroughly. It took way longer to clean as my furnace hasnt been maintained. Finally the job was done and they reviewed what is the current condition of the furnace. There were a few issues I had to tackle. After a few questions and answers, they tried to get a part on the day and came back. Looking very responsible to get the job done.

Dave and Jordan came to do an annual inspection of our heating and plumbing systems. They took extra time to ensure all areas of the house were covered, which was nice as we are new to the home and I didn't know exactly were everything was located.

They gave great advice regarding future maintenance needs and the priority order for the needs, but they didn't push any specific service or product allowing us time to digest the information.
