Right from the beginning, when I spoke to one of the female call takers to book an appointment, I knew I was going to be in good hands. I regrettably don't remember the name of the lady who helped me book my appointment, but she provided the best phone customer service I have ever received.

Dave and his apprentice went above and beyond when they got on site. They talked me through the job requirements before beginning the work and provided me with a detailed quote, upfront.

The job came in over budget, but that was my fault as I did not have time to prepare the bathroom for the plumbing, resulting in extra work/time.

Dave stayed true to the quote and even provided a discount off one of the services that wasn't required at the end of the day.

I would recommend using Gentlemen Pros anytime you need a job done right.

He was on time for the appointment, I had recieved calls earlier in the week that they had time to have come earlier than the scheduled appointment had I been available. He took the time to check the possible causes of my hot water problems and showed me the cause of the problem. He explained the reason why replacing the hot water tank and lines was the only option to fix the problem. He was able to complete the repair the same day. He made sure to put covers over the carpet to protect it while bringing the new tank in and removing the old one. He cleaned everything up and took away the old tank.
