Walter took extra time to explain the issues at hand and provide a range of options to deal with the problem, as well as answer questions about plumbing throughout the home. He advised us of his recommendation but we didn't feel pressured.

Justin and Owen were wonderful. They were extremely thorough and found issues in other parts of the home that we weren’t aware of. Considering I’m we only got bad news regarding our plumbing, they made our experience wonderful.

I called for changing the valve on my water tank. They said they have to drain the water and quoted me a price of $850.00 I paid $70.00 plus GST just for service charge and I ended up not having the work done. They called to follow up and refunded me the service fee, which seemed fair to me!

Did a great job on the repairs. Tech was professional, polite, and competent. He explained what he was doing, checked the rest of the plumbing, gave a written report. However: even though he told me what it would cost before working, the prices are huge. This is not the techs fault, but the company. Also, I asked for a printed receipt when I was told I would get one emailed. So far, months later, I have not received any, printed or email. I have phoned and asked for one and been assured it would be mailed. I am still waiting. You took my money fast enough!
July 11, 2020. Approximately a year later...after numerous phone calls and unfulfilled promises, I finally got an email receipt. The supervisor my daughter spoke to also refunded a large chunk of money, which we didn't ask for. So I am satisfied now with the service, although it certainly should not have taken that long. At the request of the supervisor, I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Thanks for your help.

Our plumbers were Mike and Mike (heretofore known as MikeSquared). They were very knowledgeable and informative, solved our problem efficiently and were really nice. They gave us a couple tips on how to keep things working smoothly and maintain our plumbing in the future. A++ to MikeSquared!
