Same day service to address an issue I had with my bathroom vanity drain / trap. Was quickly remedied with parts I had and was only charged for the service call.

After some initial disappointment with communication, the Gentleman Pros resolved the drain and billing issue to my complete satisfaction.

EDIT: gentlemens pros plumber has reimbursed me a portion of my fees after contacting them. The lady Beth was easy to talk too and made things good with me. The Tech was awesome. Great guy. And did a good job. The major problem is they are expensive. Ask for a general quote before they come.

Had a great experience had a very smart , logical, informative guy do our repairs name Brent,he was on time,took his time ,explained alot was very thero as he did his job, timely manner also and finally fixed my toliet since this was our 3rd call out from this company to get the job done correctly which is why we're thankful for Brett lol

Chris recently came to our house to clear a backed up drain and replace a toilet. He was fantastic and very informative. We will be requesting him going forward with any other plumbing work going forward!

Excellent service. The issue (a backing-up sink) was quickly fixed, and the area was left much cleaner than it had been thanks to the very professional technician.
The other fixtures were checked for problems as well, so I’ve got peace of mind that nothing else is going to break down in the next while!

So we had to get another plumber back to re fix a couple things. Ended up being an overwhelming price increase.
But once again the plumber Julio was amazing. He explained everything and worked out a deal for the few missed things.
Overall expensive!!! BUT the service was second to none. Money comes and goes, but good service is so important. Thanks again guys!

My mom called me worried because her toilet was leaking.
She was so stressed.
I help my mom out as much as I can, so I called around to find a good plumber and came across these guys. Dispatch was amazing. I explained that my mom is overwhelmed, and needs a plumber. I also explained she’s had bad experiences and need someone patient.

Anyways, dispatch called me to let me know who was heading there and when they were on their way as well as contacted my mom.

When Troy arrived he went through everything with her first to ensure she was comfortable. He explained to her what the parts were, what needs to be replaced and how. If she had someone else to help her.
He went through everything and priced it out and called me before proceeding.

My mom was over the moon with his professionalism and personality. She was so happy and boasting about how that was the best customer service she’s ever had and she will only ever use him for now on.

We had blockage and small water backup in our basement bathroom and Gentlemen Plumbers were on site with 90 minutes and resolved the issue as well mention preventative steps to take in the future. I will use them again in the future.

Rachelle is great! Small but mighty. All the techs are very pleasant and seem competent. It's cadillac service, for sure - not cheap, but worth it, I think.

This was a follow up call after a poor experience with another technician. Gentlemen plumbers were very good to listen to my concerns and to rectify situation. I was very satisfied with Justin’s work, his attention to detail in fixing the problem and the overall quality of workmanship.

Rob was on time and stayed until all the necessary work was completed. He was knowledgable, reassuring, and pleasant to deal with. I am very happy with the faucet and water heater installation, and with the 3 more minor installations or repairs done in the one day.
