I was very pleased with the service that Celina and also trainee Rebecca provided.

The previous Gentlemen Plumber Cameron failed to resolve my issue and Celina made it right.

She and Rebecca also worked on another issue with a different toilet and they were very thorough in assessing and describing the issue and my various options. I couldn't have asked for better service.

There are not enough words for me to explain the excellent service we received from Jeff of Gent. Plumbers. Right from the get go I was put at ease with Jeff’s confidence that our plumbing issue would get solved. What I had hoped was an easy fix, had turned into a bit of a nightmare, thanks to the previous owners.
Suffice to say the issue was solved, within a budget I was fine with. As for Jeff, over the course of the day, he became part of the family, he balanced my apprehensions and was always calming & informative.
I could not have had a better person or experience to deal with an unexpected plumbing issue than with Jeff & Gentlemen Plumbers!
Next time we have an issue(knock on wood) we know who to call.

My water heating tank burst over the long weekend. I called The Gentlemen on a Saturday afternoon/evening and they sent someone out first thing next morning to repair the issue - incredible response time and workmanship.

The technician, Dan, provided outstanding customer service and was very educative on the work being done. I trusted him to handle the issue and roam around my home.

(Special shoutout to Dan the Man for letting me sleep off my hangover and waking me up when the work was completed)

Rob S was amazing. He embodies the essence of being a gentleman which is in the business name. I called them last year October. I initially asked for a repair so he thoroughly checked and explained why yhe tank is not worth it to repair whick I was kind of expecting.
