I have nothing but good things to say about the Gentlemen Pros, and my Plumbing Technician, Logan. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. I was very nervous about the process (having never hired a plumber before), but he put me at ease. He explained, in detail, what needed to be done, and, when the scope of the job changed, he carefully explained why (and he had warned me ahead of time what issues might develop).
Even though the job was a tough one, he got through it, and cleaned up well afterwards.

FIrstly, any of the agents that answer the phone are always very friendly.

I had Corey come out to my home and he was awesome! I showed him some of the plumbing issues in my home and he was able to tell me and show me how we can solve those issues. Corey is very easy to talk to and very patient as well. Any questions I had, he answered. I am very happy that he was my technician and will ask for him again for any other issues that require service down the road.

Logan was great. Extremely courteous and informative while doing an excellent job for us. He came back to fix something that was not working quite right within a couple days of us calling about it. Overall, we would be extremely happy to have Logan in our house fixing our things any time! It was pricey but we did get a complete breakdown of all the work before we approved it so I suppose we could have queried some of the cost- which we didn't so that's on us!
