Logan showed up on time, did the initial inspection, followed by a presentation of a selection of products and services. We elected to go with the mid-range package. He immediately obtained all necessary materials and went to work. Logan was very professional , personable and addressed our questions. The work was competed timely and clean up to our satisfaction. It was nice to have a selection of packages, with industry standard warranties, although Gentlemen Pros includes their own five year parts and labour warranty on top. Plus they offer an ongoing service package which for a water heater may be excessive, but for a furnace very appropriate. They also offered a seniors discount to lighten the bill.

Julio and an associate who's name I forget (so sorry) were very nice,knowledgeable and clean finishing quickly and solving the problem of a plugged toilet, gave information on fixing other problems they found and recommendations for future fixing my plumbing in preparation for the sale of my home.
