Mohamed S. was great, very knowledgeable and clear. He worked very hard and did a great job. He was cheerful and energetic.

They got out to us very quickly, solved our initial issue and explained everything they were doing, then they added value by doing an electrical inspection free of charge and gave us peace of mind for a couple of things we were questioning but not necessarily looking to have fixed right away.

I was happy with the work done, however I did get a bit of a shock with the price. It's been a while since I hired a plumber and I had no idea how much it would cost. It seems that most businesses are jacking up their prices and justifying it with the rate of inflation. That said, if money is not an issue, I would recommend this Company as they seem to be very professional and do a good job.

Richard did a great job quoting a gas line for us. Provided us with valuable information and was very professional.

I was able to secure a time slot right away once calling The Gentleman Pros Plumbing company and the lady who took my call was friendly and understanding as I live a busy work life. I was able to book a 6pm time slot right away which worked out wonderfully for my family and I. The technician who came out to my house was Corey and from the beginning arriving on time, he was helpful, well mannered and worked very cleanly. Corey was able to answer all my questions regarding my water heater issues, he didn't give me the run around and he changed a leaking valve for me on the spot. I would use this company again and recommend it to others as Corey presented a company whom is looking out for its customers and sends trustworthy people to have working in your household.

This is our second time using gentleman pros. Flavien was punctual and professional upon arrival. He diagnosed our damaged upstairs for shower drain and came up with a solution to fix the problem that was cost effective and affordable under the circumstances. Our shower drain looks like new and we are excited to use it again.

Complete upgrade of home electrical system. Excellent service. Finished job today and the work is excellent. Upgraded the entire electrical system from an outdated system installed back in 1953. Very challenging job done perfectly. Julian and his colleagues provided tremendous service, were friendly and took time to show me what they were doing and why. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Julian if you want great, timely and friendly service. Flavien did a great job on all the extensive plumbing jobs from toilet installation to replacing stacks and piping and installing a garage heater to minor work like fixing the kitchen faucet. Very satisfied with the great workmanship.

Unfortunately we had a bad repair to which frank came out early in the morning and again that afternoon he was keen on making sure the issue was resolved in a timely fashion he was very thorough in the inspection frank had garrett the plumber come over asap we’re garret fixed the issues identified by frank both gentleman we’re very polite and threw in a bit of humour helped relieve our stress level thanks again frank for your expertise best regards kelly and dan /// we’re do i start Devin came to check out the heating system he was right on time super friendly and knowledgeable he pin pointed the problem and made necessary repairs he conducted a thorough inspection we would highly recommended Devin ps thanks again Frank best regards kelly and dan/Marc came today Nov6/23 he was right on time and went straight to work and got the job done efficiently thanks again best regards kelly and dan devlin ps we would highly recommend Marc the electrician !!!!

Our furnace stopped working out of the blue. Gentlemen Plumbers is always very fast to answer and does their best to get someone out as soon as possible. Emmanuel showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and personable and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how my furnace worked and what could be wrong. After the inspection he gave my an honest assessment of the furnace and there was no pressure to do further work. He also took the time to let the dogs get comfortable. This was my second time using Gentlemen Plumbers and it was a top notch service again.

Friendly and professional. Diagnosed and explained the problem with our humidifier. Repaired quickly and area was left clean after job was completed. Even fixed our thermostat!
