Troy at the Gentlemen Pros was great! He and his helper replaced my old furnace ( no easy task down a narrow staircase to the basement) with a brand new, quiet , very efficient and easy to operate thermostat. Very thorough in explaining the process and how it runs too. Very easy to communicate with and knows his stuff! All new venting and duct work, detectors installed,,inspected, brought up to code and a very neat job and clean up afterwards! I couldn’t be happier with his service. I have used The Gentlemen Pros for plumbing, and now furnace installation and seriously you can’t find a better company , great guys and great service . Made my home safe and warm for the coming winter.

From the initial call in and talking to Crystal to the visit with Colin they did a great job of making sure we understood everything which was appreciated. I felt good asking all the questions I had. They gave all costs and procedure upfront so I knew what to expect. Value might be a bit higher than I would have liked but to have it all assessed and taken care of in one visit made it worth it for me.

trust me, i hate spending money on things that need to be fixed or replaced. but i do not begrudge it in the least when the work is top quality.

i'm so glad my wife called these guys. next time, I will be the first to call them!

He also explained everything so that I understood exactly what was going on. He even found and fixed a live wire that could have been a serious safety issue. Had Celina and Rebecca come work on some repairs in our home. Celina came and did the initial assessment and was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She gave us estimates for our work, and even went above and beyond with all our crazy requests. She answered all our questions, gave us tips for how to maintain our drainage systems, and taught us some new valuable information we weren’t aware of prior.

When it came to the actual work, both Celina and Rebecca were super professional, did an amazing job on their prospective tasks, and informed us off all that was to be completed/completed. We are very satisfied with their work and will be recommending them and the company to others who require plumbing services!

The pricing is a bit higher than other plumbers, but for the quality of work, it is worth the extra money.
