I was impressed with the customer service from my first call to the end of my visit! The oncall support was kind and supportive, Travis was ontime, polite and educational and the process was smooth and very informative. Travis did a great job, explained everything thoroughly and my issue was resolved quickly. The price was reasonable for the work done! The 5 yr warranty was amazing too! I really appreciate how diligent the company was on communicating before and during the appointment! Highly recommend!!

Marc was absolutely fantastic! He did a wonderful job installing my light fixture and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also identified and fixed a safety hazard found during the complimentary inspection. I’m very happy with the level of service, and it was a great experience!

I also had Adam come to help me with a plumbing concern since I posted my original review. He was awesome as well! He checked out a concern I had, made sure there were no issues and gave me a lot of great tips and advice. Another great experience and everyone I have dealt with has just been fantastic!

Gareth and Ethan did a phenomenal
job repairing my kitchen drain issue. Before beginning any work, Gareth explained in detail exactly what needs to be done to resolve the problem and gave me the options available for me. I was always getting updates of the progress as they worked that helped me be assured and confident in their work. Ethan did a thorough house expectation and let me know of anything I should be concerned about.

I have used Gentlemen pros a handful of times this year and am always left satisfied and impressed by not only the quality of work, but exceptional customer service and professionalism exemplified by the team. Lifetime customer!
