Noticed some possible leak staining on ceiling. Celina arrived very quickly and walked me through the options for diagnosing the problem. She cut a hole in the ceiling and we ran the upstairs water to try to locate a leak. Thankfully we didn't find any active leaks or any other issues. While she was here she also swapped out our humidifier filter and tested the sump. Great service, very professional, and left no mess at all. All in all a great experience despite not finding a definite cause.

Installation of hot water tank and furnace went well; it did take two days instead of one, but I was not charged for overtime as promised.
After everything was set up, I got a rundown on the whole new setup.
Hot water tank works great, definitely much more consistent than our old one.
As it is still summer, we are yet to get much use of the furnace; but it worked well when testing.
