They have an excellent system in place for chat on their website. Even sent info on who would be coming to do the service - Kale was great and it was nice to have seen his picture before he arrived. We chose Gentlemen Plumbers for the work to be done and were very satisfied with the service. Two well dressed professionals with all safety protocols in place were on time, very professional and courteous and were able to diagnose and repair our shower so that we could get back to our normal routine for us and our small child. Had our annual inspection today Terry R came today. Usually I request another techncian but sadly he no longer works with the company. Terry did an amazing job. Was very professional and informative as to what he did and his findings. Sure they can be a little more pricey than other companies but they stand by their work and warranty what they do and provide me with peace of mind so I dont mind paying extra for that KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. and THANK YOU!!!!

I've known of the Gentlemen Plumbers, but never had occasion until now to need their assistance. I would highly recommend them. I love their work ethic. Thanks so much Walter. It was a relief to find out what the cause of our problem was. Kirkland brand toilet paper was the culprit but it took 12+ years to find that out. Sorry Costco, we can't buy your TP anymore. Our septic system doesn't like it, and I don't want a repeat ... ever. That was a nasty experience.

Dave did wonderful work for us on a very tricky job. He stayed with us until our pipes were thoroughly cleared and he was confident our issue was resolved, even though it took him 5 hours to be satisfied! His pleasant attitude, admirable work ethic and dedication made a stressful situation bearable and ya sled all of our questions and concerns professionally. Dave was also very patient and accommodating with our young children who were fascinated by the process and watched over his shoulder. Very impressed with the receptionist at The Gentlemen Plumbers and Mike who came out to do our service call. Informed us at each stage what was involved, the cost and implications. He did not try and do extra work and took the time to look around and make sure there were no other problems that we had not noted.
