Personally had a wonderful experience with the gentlemen plumbers. We were in a serious bind when over the course of a couple days several sinks, some pipes and a toilet were leaking. Our plumber Julio went above and beyond, taking the time to inform us on the issues while solving them with meticulously. It took one day to fix four sinks, replace a toilet and check a water heater. So thankful for the timeliness in getting things up and running again. An incredibly professional service. We would use the gentlemen plumbers again and highly recommend to others also!

I wish all service people were knowledgeable, professional, honest and provided the service that was provided to me. More businesses could learn from these two Gentlemen Plumbers. True Gentlemen! Bravo!!!

Excellent service, called in and had them come to our tenants the next morning around their schedule. They fixed everything for an amazing price and it all comes with a warranty! We won't be going elsewhere!

I would give Rachelle six stars if I could. She was absolutely meticulous in everything she did for us, from diagnosing the problem like a surgeon to the cleaner-than-it-was-before cleanup. She even did some improvised carpentry on the spot to replace rotted wood near a leak. A dream plumber!

Walter was the true embodiment of what this company strives for. He was quick, courteous and explained everything up front.

The Gentlemen Plumbers, Nick showed up ahead of schedule by a day, witch was great! We needed the kitchen sink. He got right to work and, in a curtious and knowledgeable way, explained what he saw (leaking drainage pipe or fitting in the concrete, in basement) and walked me through what the fix would be.

The plumbing was ready to use that night.

Nick also did a comprehensive assessment of all the plumbing in the house. All taps and drainage, including furnace and water heater.

Marc is awesome. Knowledgeable, articulate and patient. He took the time to educate us so we could make informed decisions and create a project plan the met our requirements and then exceeded them.

My first experience with this company revealed the extra level of service they offer - a telephone call 30 minutes before the technician arrived, a text message with info about the technician, and up-front pricing.

Mike was excellent. He was efficient, professional, hardly knew he was here. He re-capped the issues after the inspection. I learned a lot. I recommend Mike and The Gentlemen Plumbers.

I wasn’t sure I could give Walter 5 stars as he is a dreaded Kansas City Chiefs fan however due to his excellent professionalism and upbeat personality, the top-notch workmanship and pleasant demeanour, along with the redeeming quality of being an Edmonton Oilers fan, I am able to justify this rating....lol. My basement flooded and a sump pump was required to be installed to prevent future flooding (we hope) so Mike was dispatched to my home and assessed the situation. We determined the location the pump was to be installed. I grilled Mike excessively about all the questions that were flooding my brain, of which he answered with confident knowledge. The install was scheduled and Mike then returned the next week and completed the pump installation with expertise, confidence and efficiency. I was very impressed with the minimal time and cleanliness in which the job was completed and the pump was already doing its job as water was gushing away from the house before the concrete in the basement had been poured. I am very pleased with the final result, the professionalism and communication is a wonderful change when dealing with a contractor and the personnel that continue to provide the services are second to none. I am confident my plumbing and heating needs will be well taken care of now and into the future. On a final note, the return of the dreaded Kansas City Chiefs fan to assist Mike with this task didn’t deter the overall joyous feeling I experienced...lol it was great to see you again Walter :)

Wanted to replace my hot water tank. Adam showed me all my options and the costs up front. Once I picked what I wanted he got right to work. Job was well done and Adam was great. He also did a thorough review of my entire house and gave recommendations for other minor issues. I was very happy with the work and will continue to use this company.

Great service! Fast service! Frank answered all my questions and provided information on things to consider for the future. Left everything clean and tidy. Frank is very friendly and pleasant. He even liked the music I played while he was working on the repairs.
