Marc was excellent and we found an easy solution to our wiring needs for an additional plug behind the hung tv. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful through the process and answered all our additional questions during the complimentary inspection.

They were on time, polite, respectful, and professional in appearance and manner. They kept me informed about what they were doing and they explained the problem clearly. The only thing I was disappointed with was they installed a thermostat and didn't leave me any info or instructions. I'm not happy with the prices, but that's not the fault of the employees.

Very positive experience from the moment I went on their web-site to the confirmation calls to the great service, the Gentlemen Plumbers were excellent. A leak was discovered, assessed and competently repaired by Laverne. He was calm and detailed throughout each stage of his work. He did not rush or cut corners. I only call the Gentlemen Plumbers for any plumbing fixes and will do so again without hesitation.

Richard Goh came to the house today and performed the following services: complete inspection of house plumbing, furnace and AC after which we reviewed concerns and positives. I had work that had to be done which was all competed today: faucet replacements in bathroom and kitchen and tub, toilet flush mechanism, plex hose replaced with braided hose, and some copper pipe replacement. The quote for all this work was given to me at the start of Our appt and was the same price at the end of the 8 hour day. Very professional, explained things to me

We had a sewer back up and our basement flooded. Since the blockage was 85 feet from my house it is Epcor's responsibility, but have you ever tried to tell Epcor that? Darren from Gentlemen Plumbers came to our rescue. He showed up around 7pm and worked until the blockage was cleared and the water was flowing away from my house. He was so polite and prfessional and he went to bat for us with the insurance company AND Epcor! We got our claim approved in no time flat and Darren was available for questions and made sure we had all the evidence we needed to prove to whomever needed it that this was not our fault. Great guy, great service. | highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers!

GP and Frank were excellent. Professional, thorough and obviously knowledgeable. Unfortunately, solving the problem involved cutting into a wall in the condo, so we need to talk to the building maintenance crew to fix the leak. Will definitely use GP in the future. Thanks.

Walter was on time, very polite and provided good information. He did an excellent job clearing out a blockage in my kitchen sink drain, and he explained everything as he did it. I felt that I could trust and rely on his good advice.

Amanda at the intake line was wonderful. She walked me through the safety protocols in place first thing to make me feel comfortable about getting service done. I had someone dispatched within 30 minutes of calling. I got a text to let me know they were on the way. Frank took time to go over everything and diagnose the problem showing me as he went. He provided multiple options and went through the pros and cons of each. Once given the options, I chose the best one for me. With the upfront pricing there were no surprises. Once the work was complete, Frank took the time to show me the fixes, the manual for the new fixture and did a check over all the other plumbing in the house to make sure there wasn’t any hidden problems. He also went over drain management which I appreciated. Frank was prompt, professional,Efficient, and personable. Rest assured, if I ever need work done again in my house, I will be personally asking for him to come back. I was very impressed and highly recommend anyone needing a Plumber to ask for Frank! My husband and I have used this company for many services over the past 2 years (unfortunately). All techs were very professional, but some did lack the knowledge and experience. My 5 start review is specifically for Ryan P. Last year he put in hours and days of work to handle our water heater issues. Today he got our AC up and running,just in time for our next heat wave. This company is fantastic and professional, the pricing is reasonable, but the techs are very hit and miss-but I would ask for someone with years of experience and knowledge or specialized in the area of work you require!

We had hired these guys to do a sump pump install, backflow preventer valve, whole house re-pipe and whole house re-drain. It was a hefty job and from the start of getting the quote they were extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. They worked so well with us and our budget and gave us many options to save costs by doing some labour ourselves. When the job started, the whole crew worked very hard and were very pleasant to have at our home. They answered any question we had and took the time to explain everything they were doing.
