We have had The Gentlemen Plumbers help us in the past with our fireplace and a sewer back up but this time was help with getting our furnace running. Darren was professional and did an excellent job, he also made recommendations for the future. Impressed with this company each time and yesterday affirmed it again!

Laverne came Saturday afternoon and stayed until 9pm to take care of all the issues, including reinstalling a faculty toilet than I had bought new but had a manufacturer defect. Very good work and a pleasant experience. Thanks!

Frank and Trevor were awesome. Very knowledgable, friendly and informative. They wore protective gear for the appointment and there was zero mess when they were done! They fixed the issue quickly, showed us what caused our issue and even let us know about an issue we may have down the road so we can preemptively fix it. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers. Fantastic service by Walter. He was very professional and explained everything. The repair turned out to be way more than expected due to poor work done years before. Walter spent hours getting everything right. He kept to the price quoted at the start. I would not hesitate to call upon them again.

Julio was friendly and efficient and clearly outlined our options then went ahead and got and installed our new toilet and ring with no disruption to our lives.
He came back and installed a new improved outside waterline tap in our very awkward crawl space and straightened out the pipe that had been bent to a worrisome extent by the original tap installers. Always conscientious and friendly.

Frank B. Was awesome in the way he handles the entire job even though is was in an old building with really old plumbing fixtures and valves, he figured it out in a quick manner and he explained all of the things that he was doing. Could not be happier with the work that Frank B. did.

Greg took the time to answer all my questions and gave us some great information on regular house maintenance. He even took the time to reach out to his water softener guy to trouble shoot a problem.

I appreciate that I got a call in the morning letting me know an hour window when the plumber (Owen) would arrive. Owen was on time, courteous, & respectful of all health recommendations. He was VERY thorough with the price breakdown & everything that would be covered. I was a bit shocked at the overall price, but hey, it's plumbing so I guess I should have expected it to be more than I originally thought/planned.

The service provided throughout, from first call to work completion was above and beyond expectations. I don't give five stars often because usually I see opportunities where service delivery could be improved...not with Gentlemen Plumbers. I could not see any way the service could be improved. The office staff were professional, articulate and friendly, providing me with scheduling options. I appreciated the reminder text and the text informing me that Jonah was on his way. Jonah did a thorough job assessing the problem and clearly explaining options. He did a great job removing the blockage and looking at options to improve ventilation and drainage. He also did an overall plumbing home inspection and made some good suggestion regarding replacement of valves and hoses. There was no upsell, just providing information that is helpful. He cleaned his work area thoroughly and respected Covid 19 guidelines. I can definitely recommend Gentlemen bPlumbers and Jonah.
