I appreciated the professionalism that Rachelle B brought to our home when she came to fix a plumbing issue with our kitchen sink. She presented options and never pressured us to buy things. She was courteous and very friendly, but always professional. Even in the midst of a heat wave she came in wearing her uniform. She went through the complementary home inspection and explained everything.

The service was a bit on the pricey side for our liking but we can understand why

I cannot say how much I pleased to have them in our home. Colten was on time, very thorough, and informative. He led me through the whole process. Every information I needed or didn't know I needed was presented very professional. our Sump pump was not installed correctly and broke down. He walked me through the issue, what my options were, even had a break down of features and price. It was a huge relief to have him here fixing our home. He had all the tools and knowledge and did everything he needed and more within the afternoon.

Darren came two days sooner than we expected him. We were happy that a cancellation occurred and we were called to check that we could be seen around supper time.
My husband enjoyed a joke with Darren about him not being a young punk, and Darren entered into the spirit of the comment by replying that he was sometimes an old punk! We always enjoy a serviceman with a sense of humour.
Darren efficiently dealthwith our problem and completed an inspection of all the areas in the condo where plumbing was involved. He then explained ways we could look after the maintenance ourselves. We would definitely use this service again, should the need arise.

We had water seeping from the gaps between the footing and the foundation wall in a house in NE Edmonton, due to high water table under the cement floor of the basement. So The Gentlemen Plumbers, Walter A. suggested to install a sump pump at the corner where we go the most water, as soon as the installation was completed, water was seeping into the barrel and sump pump is doing its job, collecting the excess water under the slab and the pump pushes the water out to the front lawn with a 25 ft of hose.

Rachelle provides excellent customer service and very thorough. She took the time to inspect all the plumbing features in the house, and provided a range of options for the work that needs doing. She replaced our kitchen faucet and all the plumbing under the kitchen sink. She thoroughly tested everything, walked us through the work she completed, provided advice on a number of regular maintenance issues, and ensured the work was completed to our satisfaction. She was polite and professional, and we will be asking for her by name for future work.

Dave was excellent. He gave me both good and bad news on what I could expect. Luckily it was good news and my floor didn't have to be dug up.

He also offered me advice that coincide with the visual inspection he did plus extras such as when I mentioned I wanted to replace my kitchen sink. Or the extra pipe I have in my basement washroom. Bonis my dog's loved Dave too.

He showed me and explained what he was looking at for my water tank.

I'm so glad he came to my home.

The service itself was very good. My problem was the price. They charged THREE TIMES what another vendor would have charged. You will get good service but you will pay a premium price for it. I will find a less expensive option next time.

EDIT: Just got more proof that these guys really care about their customers. The office read my previous review and contacted me to see what they could do to improve the situation. Truly impressive and I will use them again.
