Walter and his Apprentice were prompt, courteous, and efficient. In addition, I required a bit of caulking work to be done that wasn't part of the quote and he did the 2 minute job for free which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend the Gentlemen Plumbers and will be using their services for any future plumbing issues in my Condo.

Called to have some one come out and install a new sink drain as I had replaced my sink from a double down to a single. All old plumbing was removed. The tech was great, he was very polite and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Had a concern about pricing and their customer service was able to help resolve my concerns.

Way overpriced to just come and look at our sump pump to tell us it doesn't need cleaning or maintenance. Waste of money. 170 dollars for that. Insane. Feel like I was ripped off. Bamboozled. Should have been only the 69.95, as he didn't actually do anything.
Edit: this has been rectified. I am very satisfied at how it was handled.

i had an inspection done after i had the plumber in last week. i highly recommend this company. when u book, they send a picture of person who is coming which i really like. they keep you informed and both men explained everything to me.. prices were pretty good as well 10+

Mark is the Gentleman Electrician. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable thorough, and just a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail was impressive, and he left the site as clean as he had found it. Homeowners were very happy with his work as well.

I'd also like to kudos to Tammie (hope I got the spelling right) who was one of the best front end reception persons I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. She went above and beyond to help me out. I wish I had somebody like this at my company.

Adam and his assistant were very thorough in their work and I am fully satisfied that the jobs were well done. I was impressed with their ability to explain all the procedures to me. We have used the Gentlemen Pros a number of times now and could not be more pleased or impressed with their care, knowledge and excellent quality of work. Whether it has been simple plumbing repairs or what we would consider major upgrades, as well as new installations, these professionals have never disappointed us!

We recently added a natural gas heater to an accessory building which requred a new gas line and installation of the heater. They came to our home for the consultation, gave us a quote for the job and then took care of permits and full installation.

This building also required full electrical wiring including the installation of a sub panel and fairly involved circuitry. As with the gas line and heater, the job was handled professionally, courteuosly and completely to both our expectations, as well as the City Inspectors.

Dave, Owen, Ryan, Mark and Ernie, as well as the ladies handling all the efforts on the office side, have our highest compliments and sincere thanks!

I used The Gentlemen Plumbers for a plumbing home inspection as well as a sewer line scope. Andrew and Adam arrived on the requested time (despite being given a 4-hour window) which was greatly appreciated. I understand this may not always be the case but was grateful for the prompt arrival. Both Andrew and Adam were very professional and knowledgeable and clearly went over the scope of work before starting. At the end of the inspection, they walked me through the findings and all possible options to resolve the issues they found. I will use The Gentlemen Plumbers for any future inspections or home projects and would 100% recommend them.

Darren was very professional, did great work, answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions.

They drained and cleaned out my hot water heater. Cleaned out my furnace and checked all it’s components. Checked out all the drains and fixed my problem with one tap in the shower. Also the electrician was just fantastic he checked everything out and fixed the problem with the fan switch.
