First of all when, you phone this company, you are answered by a live person, 24 hours a day! What a wonderful thing these days.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rachelle and Randy today. The flushing mechanism on my toilet wasn’t working. While my problem was somewhat minor, Rachelle, with an excellent teaching technique (and patience) helped me to understand how the mechanism should work, what the problem was and what she would do to ensure I would not encounter the problem again. Rachelle is the first lady plumber I have ever encountered. What a lovely lady!
Randy, who is in training, is very personable and I have absolutely no doubt will be an excellent, conscientious, hardworking plumber.

Called them because water leaked from my kitchen sink. It appeared that the drain between the sink and the pipe leaked. He repaired that but mentioned that the pipes under the sink were set up wrong and that the slope of the pipes was not right and would probably lead to issues in the future. So I had him redo the pipes under the sink so that they drained properly into the main drain pipe in the wall.

I first called the Gentleman Pros for help with some non-urgent plumbing issues - the booking experience was quick and easy, and Kale was extremely great & professional to work with when he arrived for my appointment. He also identified some issues with my furnace which was installed by a different company a couple years ago, and was able to remedy the problems in the same visit as my original issue. At this point I wish my furnace was originally installed by him and the Gentleman Pros! Kale is incredibly knowledgeable about seemingly everything, and cares a lot about what he does. We even called him back to install a new water heater a month later. Totally recommend Gentleman Pros!

Frank & Cole - nice professional manner - not in a rush, thorough explanation prior, during and after. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into any sales or unnecessary repairs - things were explained so that I could understand. I have had good plumbing companies in the past, but since I had a major recurring problem, I decided to try GentlemenPlumbers - I would like to have Frank & Cole again next time.
