Celina R from Gentlemen Pros did an excellent job in fixing our basement drain issue. She quickly diagnosed the cause of our problem and provided updates on a daily basis or as new issues arose. She also provided multiple estimate costs for required work moving forward. She was always professional , courteous and knowledgeable about all our plumbing issues. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing work in the future. There were many others involved with this project but all their work was top notch. Work site area was always kept clean. Everyone I talked to was also very courteous and professional. Thanks again to all.

These folks were on time super professional and strived to contact us when they were able to move up their time due to cancellation. Here are my tenants comments on her experience.

Hi Roy! I texted Margaret already but no issues at all. The toilets are installed and the old ones removed. He flushed the toilets for me and explained them. He also told me the one in the on-suit is closer to the wall while the one in the guest is a little further from the wall.
He was in an out in just under two hours!
