guys came and began work immediately they explained everything as they went along . gave me some tips of drain maintenance. Issues are with ground settling outside of the house. will need a new drain installed after a new guy comes to do an assessment / estimate, but i would have to pay to have that assessment /estimate done . i explained that i just paid over 1000.00 to them yesterday for the guys to come out and look so due to money issues I will have to seek another company that doesn't charge for the assessment/estimate
to be done. I would love to use the Gentlemen Pros but need to be cautious about my money as I am a senior on a very small fixed budget.
these guys were great and I will use them in the future for plumbing issues that can be fixed without needing a pre work visit.
