Right from my initial call to their emergency number they have been excellent to deal with. Chris was my first technician and he definitely had his work cut out for him. I recently had granite countertops installed in my condo, bought new bathroom faucets and was planning on keeping my kitchen faucet. Nothing quite worked out according to plan.
Chris arrived at 8:40 this morning but come 4pm he called on his boss; Richard to help. They just left at 6:45 so a super long day, but they persevered, always very respectful and with a smile on their face. I will always be eternally grateful for all their help. Charlotte came and helped auger my drian pipe in the kitchen sink. Able to learn lots and understand why I have 3 clean outs under my sink. She was able to do the job well and with no fuss. Also called and came in punctually. Finished the job relatively quickly.
