Gentlemen Pro Plumbing was able to book us in the day we called which was great as our kitchen sink was not draining. Mann arrived right on time and discovered he needed back up. Garretth arrived and was able to pin point and resolve our problem, thankfully, the most economically way. It was a big job and both technicians were excellent, kind, very helpful, kept us well informed, all along the way and of course, got the job done. They also cleaned everything up afterwards which was very appreciated!

If another problem arises, we will definitely use this company again!

Once again The Gentlemen Pros have provided the best quality service I could hope for. Troy and his Apprentice Levi came through to complete an inspection and service on my furnace. Troy was exceptionally knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions as well as advising me on future projects within my home. Troy and Levi were polite, thorough, and absolute professionals.

They were able to come out the same day, which was wonderful and Martin was very helpful. All in all a great experience

Troy was very proactive and precise in laying out the services he and his apprentice Levi could offer to find solutions for our particular plumbing issue. When I had originally contacted the Gentleman Pros, I just expected someone to just do a job and be done. He and Levi performed a house plumbing inspection as part of the service they provided during their visit to the house. This was unexpected, but highly informative, and I appreciated having those things pointed out. I will definitely be taking a trip to the hardware store to address what was presented! At no point did I feel pressured to make one decision or another, but rather he did the research to see what could be done to rectify our fixture issue. Overall, as representatives of the company, and how The Gentleman Pros creates a professional and friendly value system for them to work within, the entire experience was beyond excellent. Thanks!

I was beyond pleased with the support I received from Gentlemen Pro. The plumber sent to help was Logan Crane and went above and beyond. He diagnosed a complex problem quickly, and clean every up. He keep me completely in the loop through. Besides being a talented plumber, he was polite, professional, and an extremely patient and effective communicator.

Celina and Chris did a great job. Friendly& explained everything that they were here to do before we ran thru all possibilities before they even started.. I approved what was needed and they advised what they gourd and double checked before they started. Checked out and corrected the first issue quickly. Found main reason that was causing all my issues. Brought in their equipment and use camera to find the blockage, ran auger through and blockage was cleared. I now know where the main drainage line is. Double checked the line and yeah! It’s done. Home inspection done now- for future reference. I’m so glad I called this company. I understood everything they told me and that there were extras but I aware of it before it was done. Long day for them and a happy day for me.
