He went above and beyond with all the projects I had for him to do. And he was even able to save me a few dollars along the way! It truly shows my time and concern for costs is important to them. Jeff and Kathleen were amazing. They saved the day when I had a sewer backup in the basement 2 days ago. They showed up on time, were very professional, explained everything, showed me what is going on, and were incredibly diligent (with repeated camera-assisted inspections) in making sure the problem is completely resolved. They also had a great sense of humor which was helping a lot in a potentially stressful situation. The service fee was very fair and the service in general had great value for the price. I have to thank the "The Gentlemen Pros" dispatcher as well who helped us to find a tech in the same day I called them. I hope we never face a drain issue again, but if I do, I will be happy to work with them again!

Sure I could’ve done it myself but just don’t have the time to do a trial and error of buying the right parts. Colin provided the a practical solution and I was charged a very reasonable fee.
