I was impressed with the service provided by Gentlemen Pros from my initial Emergency contact until they were done. I was without water for only one day (Saturday) but was updated consistently as to when I should expect their arrival (were here Sunday just before noon). Even though I had budgeted for $1,000 (total cost was $931.61 incl. senior discount), I was a little taken aback by what they did vs the cost (which seemed a little high). They were here for approx two hours which is the amount of time I expected and the price I was quoted at the outset was the price I paid. All in all, job well done by two plumbers who kept me in the loop and knew what needed to be done. And my dogs were not bothered at all by their presence which speaks to their character.
