Richard, Celina and Trevor were at our house for a whole house repipe (removed the poly b and replaced with pex), changed toilets, faucets and shower valves, as well we had them replace the hot water tank. They were efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. We will definitely be having them back to replace the furnace and install AC in the spring.

I would highly recommend The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing! Our rental property needed a new toilet and the furnace was having issues. They were able to send a tech within a few hours. Our tech Brent was amazing to deal with, explained everything that was going on and called prior to doing any of the repairs.
Unfortunately there was an issue when Brent removed the existing toilet but they had the necessary parts on the truck to fix the issue right away!
Anytime I have any plumbing or heating issue I will be calling The Gentleman Pros Plumbing!

Mark was absolutely amazing!
I had an emergency where I got some glass stuck in my garburator. As I have never used a plumber personally before, I googled and initially called the first company to show up. After there was no pickup from them (even though their description claimed to pick up 24/7), I then tried the Gentlemen Pros.

The dispatcher was able to send Mark over within about an hour. He offered me a few options and prices before starting, explained the whole procedure, got the job done, and left the place spotless!

Mark will be my go to for any jobs necessary in the future!

Julio arrived and kindly explained his
qualifications which I was concerned about
because I have a very complicated system. He also explained the pricing of the diagnostic check. He was well qualified and experienced for the work.
There were many problems and the
boiler wouldn't restart. Julio took the time to
do an in-depth evaluation and it took almost
as much time to explain everything so I
could understand. His kindness and
patience gave me the confidence to ask
many questions which he explained without
ever talking down to me. He offered a few
solutions and I trusted him enough to ask
what he would you do if this was his home.
After answering I asked if he would call and
explain everything to my daughter-who understood the system better than I did-which he kindly did. She had even more questions than I did and asked about several scenarios of repairs. He talked through all of them with her they agreed his suggestion was best.
After all of that I gave Julio more info that complicated the repair even more. In the end we came to the same conclusion even though he explained in detail 2 less expenses repairs.
I am quite certain that his first suggestion is
best but he offered for me to think about it
for a day or two which I'm grateful for. Even
though I'm quite certain how to go forward
having a little time to reconsider everything
has greatly reduced my stress. Going
forward will be costly but with Julio's two
other viable options that will be
considerably less expensive and will work
although my home wouldn't be as
comfortable and the time to decide which
would be best for me I feel less stressed
and don't feel pressured in how to proceed.
Julio spent his whole day here and I was
happily surprised that I was only charged for
the diagnostic work.

Have to say one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. They told that they were able to fit me in today and gave me an approximate time and when it came close to the time the plumber that was coming end up with vehicle troubles. They called me and were able to send another plumber but would be little later than what they told me. I said that would be fine and they said they would contact me when he was on his way. They called me about an hour later saying he would be at our house shortly. When Chris arrived he was great at explaining the options that we had to deal with the drain blockage. We chosed the second option and he went straight to work. While he was working it was great talking with him about the problem and other things. He gave me some great tips in order to help prevent the issue from happening again. He was very good to deal with. After he got the drain unclog he doubled checked to make sure that it was draining properly. I would definitely use The Gentlemen Plumbers again especially if all of the plumbers are like Chris and also because the ladies that I dealt with on the phone were nice and helpful. Great job 👍 and thank you everybody that helped us at the Gentlemen Plumbers.

The secretary was very kind and professional on the phone. She arranged for Chris to come out.
Chris showed up within an hour and fixed my problem efficiently. He was very respectful of my home and knowledgeable. He was also very tolerant/good with my loud protective dog.

10/10. Our technician David did a great job - we really appreciated his thorough home inspection and honesty. Recommended to all!

Ryan did a great job helping us with low water pressure in our kitchen sink. It ended up being a rubber valve that had broken and the rubber was clogging up the cartridge and the aerator. There was basically little bits of rubber getting into everything causing the low pressure. Ryan stayed and flushed out all the lines, changed the valves to better ball valves and cleaned out the cartridge.

He was super friendly and stayed until the job was done right!
