Corey U was great. I called Gentlemen pros and 30 minutes later they showed up and immediately fixed my problem. Corey was exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgeable. On top of the excellent service I received and to my surprise I also got what I felt was a very fair price from them, with a 5 year warranty to back it up, HIGHLY recommend giving them a call 👍

Our furnace died the night before we were going on a trip on Family Day. I called Gentlemen Pros at 4AM, by 1PM it was fixed and we could go on our vacation. Terry came in the morning, identified the issue, tracked down the part, picked it up, installed it and tested the furnace again. I can't thank Terry and the Gentleman Pros enough! Highly recommended!

Riley made a surprise hot water tank replacement about as fun as such a thing can be. Not only was he funny, but he clearly knew what he was doing and was great at explaining and educating me on the new hot water tank. Throw in a complimentary toilet tank tightening, and how can I not give this guy 5 stars?

I had 5 stars experience with Al. I was in quiet a pickle with my bathroom tub valve shutoff broke and the water keep running and wouldn’t turn off without shutting off the water to house. I had an honest tradesman come to the house and solve my problem. He was thorough knowledgeable and respectful. I finally started to relax cuz I got someone that actually knew what they were doing and I was very relieved he fixed the problem. Thank You Al 🤙⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The gentleman pros received a phone call from me 6:30 in the morning and we’re at my house to begin repairs around 8 AM. It was one horrible situation for myself and my wife. We had a heating line blow. We had some loss of life, but they came in and did their job in a timely matter and professional attitude amongst them, which helped out with our horrible situation. I am very grateful for their knowledge and workmanship

The plumber that came out to my place, Riley, was superb and professional. It was originally to replace a toilet but after a free home inspection we found leaks and cracked pipes that could have ended up causing large issues. He presented the options clearly and worked diligently to fix them and make sure that the job was done with high quality and no mess left behind. His super friendly personality was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend.

My phone call was answered promptly, detailed quotes and upfront (flat rate!) pricing were provided before any work was done, and to top it all off they even provided an inspection of the systems in my home which turned up some important issues I did not know about! I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Adam earlier today. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Will definitely be calling these guys back.

Edit: The original plumber came back to the property and we were able to determine the issue and fix it with a waived show up fee. Thanks Richard and Gentlemen Pro's, it seems more rare these days to get customer service like this so it is appreciated.

I was in the process of buying a house, and when I viewed the house there was a sewage smell. The owner called The Gentlemen's Pro Plumbing on December 14th to fix the problem. They paid $900 to "fix" the problem.

I took possession of the house recently and smelled the sewage right away.

I called customer service at The Gentleman's Pro Plumbing and "there is nothing they can do" because they didn't install or replace anything so there is no warranty.

They were paid $900 to fix a specific problem and they didn't fix it. Now, they won't even come out to check their own work unless I pay the $95 show up fee. If you ever use this company, make sure they install or replace something so you can have warranty because once they leave their customer service is over.

Andra J from The Gentleman Plumbing was a thorough Gentleman and a professional. He did a great job in replacing my faucet with attention to detail. Would recommend him to others looking for a plumbing solution.
