I would like to start by saying that I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience I felt I had to! Firstly, the ladies I spoke with over the phone were extremely compassionate, professional and helpful when I had called in a panic. Daniel S was my technician and he was very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that we could understand.

I would definitely recommend this company. I called 3 other companies that said they wouldn't have a technician here for at least a few days. (During a cold snap so I definitely understood) Gentleman's had a technician in the following morning at 9a.m.

I was so relieved when the technician showed up, I had been without heat for 36 hours due to our extreme cold. He was a true gentleman very careful about my house up and down the stairs. He had all his tools with him. He did a careful diagnostic of my furnace and was able to repair what was needed. He even checked an upstairs toilet because it was running without stopping. He told me it needed a new flapper which I will have fixed.
Andre is a good technician with a cheerful attitude, still working at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night.

Richard (Plumbing service) was courteous, timely, professional, friendly & thorough when inspecting my furnace. Troubleshooting for an abnormal high pitched squealing sound coming from inside my home (turned out to be gas line). Recommended non-urgent repairs but did not push any unnecessary maintenance.

The company was able to send a HVAC/Plumber urgently at a very reasonable weekend rate on one of the coldest days of the year (quoted 4X by other companies for same service).

Highly recommend this company and will continue to utilize their services.

They fixed an old pipe in our washroom and installed a new toilet, found a gas leak in our furnace and most recently came due to our furnace not emitting heat in -40. Each situation has been stressful in its own way but Julio has been a life saver as a first time home owner making these situations much more manageable. Can not recommend enough! 10/10

Terrific experience with the Gentleman Pros. My sewer main line had backed up, and they came out, showed me that I had roots coming through the pipe joints which was causing the backup. Not only did they clear the line 100%, they did a comprehensive inspection of other plumbing throughout the house to highlight common problem areas.

Because they do things by job, and not by the hour, you know exactly what you're paying upfront, and have options before anything is done.
