Gentlemen Plumbers was quick to respond to my call about a septic smell in our bathroom. I was able to get a same-day visit where Logan was able to take a look at our toilet. He found an issue and fixed it really quickly. He was kind and explained well what he was looking at and what he would be repairing.

There was still a smell lingering and Logan was so patient and professional the entire time, trying to troubleshoot the source.
He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and found out we actually had a bird nest in the exhaust vent, which was causing the awful smell!

The evening turned out different than what we expected, but he was able to identify an issue with our toilet anyways, preventing any further damage to the bathroom. So I guess thanks bird? And thank you Logan!!

I asked for a quote to install 2 motion detector lights at my aging father's house and an appointment for a quote was booked within a week. The technician explained everything very thoroughly but I found that the price they quoted me was far more expensive than I anticipated. At the time, I had no choice but to go ahead with the work as I needed the job done right away for the safety of Care Workers coming to the house in the evening. The technician did a great job and I was very pleased with his work. He also showed empathy for my concern that the invoice was much higher than I wanted to pay. He talked to his supervisor about my concerns. The Customer Experience Manager contacted me the following day. I was impressed with her quick response and willingness to come to a resolution that I felt was very fair. They also offered me an incentive to use them again.

I thought the technicians were very professional however twice I had my appointment changed and was not happy. I felt changing and cancelling appointmentd is extremely disrespectful. I also felt that I extremely overpaid on a repair to a garage furnace. The first part cost $950 for a new motor and then it was discovered that I needed a new circuit board which cost me a further $600. I feel that if I would have known the total potential cost.. that I could have bought a new heater and had it installed for less. I paid $1700 for the repair and although I know it is their business to do repairs..I would have much appreciated some guidance on the cost of repairs versus buying new.

Gentlemen Plumbers were great, they were able to come the following morning from when we called. We had a clog in our pipes that was way deeper, we found out, then we thought. They unclogged it and cleaned out our pipe system. My only issue with them was that they tried to "blow out the pipes" before augering them. We told them that we had disconnected the pipe under the sink but the technician blew it out anyway. Not once but three times. This sent a flurry of dirty sink water all over my kitchen walls and cupboards....not once but three times. Not fun. In the big scheme of things, not the end of the world, just annoying. How pipes are clean now and so are our kitchen walls and cupboards. So, it's a win!
