The Gentlemen Pros replaced my furnace a few years ago, and I was so impressed with the quality of the service then that now they're the only plumbers I will ever call. Peter came today and fixed both my hot water tank and my toilet VERY quickly and efficiently. He was also super nice, as all the staff seem to be. Thank you!

Logan and Gareth arrived on time and explained the process of the work being completed. They were friendly and professional and they took the time to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend them.

Always on time and extremely good at cleaning up after they have completed a job, walk you through the costs and guarantee their price and work. Devin was extremely polite and left us with tips for preventative measures.

This company was great to work with! I had been strung along by another company for 5 days changing my appointments. Not good when I can't use my kitchen sink or dishwasher. I was stuck looking for another plumber on the Friday night of a long weekend. Sage the appointment coordinator listened to my story and fit me in with an appointment ASAP, she was great. Cody arrived (4 hours earlier which was great) and fixed my problem in no time. The company was professional and did what they told me they would do. I would call them again for help, thank you.

Fantastic service from Logan and Gareth. They complete a water heater replacement and a number of repairs/replacements to shut offs and spigots. They were great with our large dog and cats and very mindful of noise when they could be for our sleeping newborn. Great customer service and workmanship!

had them come out to inspect a drain odor, was charged 89.95 for call out fee, and additional 103 to test my drains for proper drainage. result was a laundry list of items that needed to be fixed or replaced. some that had nothing to do with my original concern,

Owner of the company called to explain the solution to the odor smell, and was able to offer a satisfactory solution. Would have been great to get that info upfront. Bumped up to 2 stars from one for the quick follow up.

3rd follow up, bumped up to 5 stars with relentless follow up from Beth on customer care team, company offered to deliver a bottle of bio drain cleaner to help eliminate the smell coming from my drain free of charge.

I called in a panic at around 9:15 am or so and talked to a really nice lady--Ashley, and she was very helpful and friendly. I booked an appointment for 5pm the same day. I was surprised when she called back and said someone could come earlier. Cody came to my house just after NOON! I was so happy. I could not access the water shut off thingy, so was mopping up water until he arrived and he immediately shut off the water under the sink that goes to my fridge.

He let me know what was going to happen as far as services, and the expenses right up front, which was very nice. I think the fees are reasonable, and of good value. Even though the plumbing wasn't the leak issue, it gave me great peace of mind to have a plumber inspect and diagnose.

He did some inspecting and learned that the plumbing was OK to the fridge, but the water inlet valve on the fridge was not closing, causing the valve to leak. I have since called an appliance repair person to come to my place on Saturday!

He did his house inspection, which was a nice, found no serious issues, which was nice to know, too! Cody was very friendly, professional and patient with me. He explained things and didn't mind answering my questions. Oh yeah, he put a mat at my front door and wore booties in my house so it didn't get messy from his boots.

Overall, very happy with the service, and would use it again. Thanks Cody, great job.

As usual the Gentlemen Pros technicians, in this case Jordan, did a great job in a timely manner.

The service was great. We needed quick service and an appointment was found for us within a week of our call and when an opening became available, we were bumped up by a few days which was appreciated. The technician was friendly and efficient. The only drawback was the price, which could been very competitive, but was a bit of a shocker. We were very pleased with the final product and will use them again.

Devin was so kind, he walked us through everything that needed to be done, and the costs that were associated with each problem before he would start the work. It was a long day and hot day, he remained so professional when things didn't quite go the way they should.

Professional and friendly. We’re very happy with the professional service we received from Troy to install a new sump pump in our basement.
