What a great experience. Kale was great to work with, and was able to discover the source of a bad septic smell that had been coming off/on for years. Took some research and exciting methods (smoke bomb!) but the end result was a fixed pipe and no more smell! If you need plumbing work, look no further! For the record... keep your eye on the electrician. Turned out to be a poorly placed drill hole right thru a line (see attached)

Colton explained everything very well and was confident in finding the issue we had a couple times previously in our basement with the drain backing up. Also found our backflow preventer which was hidden under flooring in basement. Would use them again. The weekend call service was also very good in booking this appointment. [Note Service out of Edmonton office but this showed up in Calgary]

My frost proof faucet was leaking so I called Gentlemen Plumbers. I was given an appointment in 2 days. Riley arrived and set about fixing the problem. When that was done, he offered the company's complimentary annual check plumbing checkup.
He noted a few issues that needed repair or could potentially need repair in the future. I opted to have the tub spout replaced to make the shower more efficient. Riley completed this.
Riley is very friendly and personable. It was great to have such a knowledgeable, communicative and pleasant person do the repairs needed.

During the biennial electrical inspection, Stephane noted that an old breaker box should be updated. I agreed to this and had it done. Stephane was personable, efficient and explained things to me very well. I'm very happy with the service.

I have a membership set up with this company which includes a yearly inspection. I had the yearly inspection completed today and the service was wonderful. Nick inspected everything and also made repairs to things that needed fixing and it was no extra cost. He answered my questions and explained things to me, which I really appreciated. We were having issues with our 10yr old hot water tank and after trying to fix and replace certain parts myself without success we made a call to have a Tech come out to assess. The Tech came out early evening and determined the gas valve was the likely issue and gave 2 options to either replace the valve with no guarantee or replace the tank. We decided to replace the tank vs the cost of the valve installation.
I was very impressed that the Tech had everything on hand to replace the tank with a new one and also added a new drain line for the humidifier as a courtesy and even did a general inspection of furnace, sinks, toilet and shut off valves as part of the scope of work. We did have a small complaint that had been resolved without issue.
I would definitely use/recommend this company again!!
