With 1,500+ rescue dogs through our shelter every year, we've had ongoing challenges with the drainage from our dog kennels. Other companies have got the drains running, only to clog up again a few months later and no suggestion about how to improve. Jason H. was determined to get us a solution that didn't require a visit from a plumber and disruption to our operations every few months. It turned into a really big job, a couple of holes in the concrete and fixing the badly offset connection to the main city line, but we are so grateful for someone caring enough to figure out what is needed to make it right. Jason's dedication and commitment to our job was above and beyond and we would highly recommend the work of this organization!

We had a good experience with The Gentleman Pros. Our furnace went down in severe cold weather. They were able to get to the house same day to look at our furnace. We upgraded to a newer furnace and had Kale as our installer. He was very professional and personable. He and some other team members worked late hours to get us back up and running. Thank you! Jason was timely, and repaired a leaking pipe by my hwt circ pump, as well as shovelling my walk. He suggested a few upkeep items (replacing t&p valve, replacing anode rod) which will prolong the life of my hwt. He performed a general inspection of my home safety features and furnace and made some helpful suggestions. Would recommend the gentleman pros and jason.
