The main water valve on the incoming city water pipe, sprung a leak. Called Gentlemen plumbers and scheduled an appointment. Cody arrived early which I appreciated. He discussed the company business and explained what he had to do to for the repair.
While we waited for EPCOR to turn the water on, Cody did a quick evaluation on all the washroom plumbing. He gave me advice on the system and what to look for. He cleaned up the repair area. Wore boot covers as he worked in my house.
Cody was pleasant and efficient. Would definitely use this company again.

Troy was on time, was very polite, and after taking about five minutes to get a sense of everything, he gave me some good advice on what was causing my issues, and then presented all the available solutions. He even went as far as to tell me what my next problem was likely to be, and how I could save some money solving it. Definitely use this company, and I’d recommend asking for Troy.

Emmanuel and Scott both helped with a leak in our toilet and wow I was blown away by how efficient and professional they both were. I also have 3 pups that were barking a lot and they didn’t seem to mind at all, which was much appreciated.

They explained the process from the outset, showed me the membership information and were just absolutely wonderful!

I truly recommend this company and I will definitely call them when we have future needs for their services.
