Recently I had come home to discover a major flood in my basement. The Gentlemen Pros came out to assess the problem. They discovered not only did I have a sewer back up but also a failing main sewer line as well. I have used this company numerous times in the past and appreciate the expertise and care they bring to the situation at hand. They explain everything up front and tell you exactly what it will cost. They stay until their customer is satisfied and understands what has taken place. They are courteous, knowledgeable and calm, exactly what I needed as this was a very stressful time. When calling the main switchboard I was greeted with a quick response and a friendly voice. I would like to take the time to thank certain people that helped me so much during the last few weeks. First to my home came Joe. Immediately he took charge and discovered the problem. He was polite and handled everything with ease, as this was a big job with having to also change out the sewer line I saw Joe a few more times and was always met with a smile and cheery phrase to let me know that they would make everything okay again! In the coming days Terry, Trevor and Celina were also at my home. It was raining hard and there was A LOT OF MUD!!!! They worked so hard through all of that and never complained. Amazing!! They even cleaned all that up at the end I could not believe it. The office staff was also awesome. A special mention for Lorelei, she is a gem. She helped me to navigate through some tasks on the computer and was always so gracious and patient with me. Thank you Lorelei for your kindness.

Terry came today to do my annual maintenance check. He was very kind and eager to answer all my questions. Very Professional!!! This is a review for Edmonton's Gentlemen Pros Plumbing

Jeff and Mike, his apprentice, came and installed our new sink and toilet. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Both men were very personable. Jeff took the time to patiently answer any questions we had. From start to finish everything went smoothly. They cleaned everything up and left the bathroom spotless. They took away the old fixtures as well. We are very impressed with the service and the prompt response from this company. The only thing I would say in a bit of a negative sense, is that I had the impression from my initial phone discussion with this company, that we would be able to select the toilet and sink from the truck or the warehouse when Jeff came. We ended up having to go out and buy our own sink, because the warehouse could not accommodate us in a timely fashion, but luckily, a suitable toilet was found in Red Deer and both items were installed within a week of the initial visit. This ended up being a minor headache, but I would suggest that when a customer calls the business centre, the staff make sure they know that the fixtures may not be available the same day the servicemen come out and that there could be a several week wait if the warehouse does not have what you want on site. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. A big thank you to Jeff and Mike.

I had trouble finding a company to do my mobile home plumbing, but the Gentleman plumbers were more than willing- I was lucky to recieve Dave and Chris as my plumbers, and they were wonderful. They were personable, explained everything to me, gave me realistic timelines and quotes, and worked through obstacles I don't think most plumbers would. They were fast and efficient and I was comfortable having them in my home. I will be having Chris and Dave out for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you Gentleman Plumbers!

They did a great job. They were careful to explain everything they were doing and they took extra care being neat and tidy. They didn't mind my kids hanging around and watching what they were doing. I appreciated the extra inspection they did on the rest of house. Peace of mind is always a plus. They were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. Had a leak in my hot water tank and turns out it needed to be replaced. Troy was super professional and quick, was done and out in 4 hours. Would recommend.

This was my 2nd service from them and once again their guy was very efficient and personable. It was several days however before someone could get to me.

Very professional service. Upfront costs and repaired our issue quickly. They were able to fit our appointment in earlier than the original one with plenty of notice. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Needed our sump pump checked out because it stopped working. Gentlemen Pros understood our concern (rain in the forecast and sump was full) and scheduled one of their Technicians to come that morning. Dispatch explained the fees and service appointment process (what to expect). Technician was available earlier than expected…yay! Cody was very polite, explained everything, gave me options about different sump pumps, explaining their pros and cons, and he worked quickly and efficiently. Cody even helped set up an appointment with one of the A/C Technicians because our A/C unit stopped working too. I’ve already got Gentlemen Pros in my contacts and will definitely use them again!

Very patiently explained in layman terms the issue/concern and the trainee was well mannered. They installed the faucet to our satisfaction and gave us good information on their other services. Will certainly use their services in future.

When my Sump Pump went it the early morning, The Gentleman Pros we’re the only ones able to get out there and fix it within the hour. Troy was who they sent out and was amazing to deal with. I will definitely be contacting them for any future services.

The staff at the company are very kind, knowledgeable, and do great work. The quality if they materials and products they install are always superior which is important to me. Highly recommend for worry-free trades work.

Troy was great! Heard our issue, completed a full inspection, and gave us reccomendations on a few things we could do to improve. He also provided a detailed reciept so that we can go to court and fight our situation. 10/10 top quality service at a very reasonable price.

Only complaint was that they were busy, so it took a few days to get someone out. Understandable since everywhere else was also very busy.

Yes! Very Gentlemanly. I opened the door and was pleasantly surprised by the look; the immediate feel was special event attire. I realized it was a shirt and a tie that emitted that initial impression.
Very friendly, stepped in and literally rolled out a carpet, then put on boot protectors before getting into it– all actions to demonstrate a respect for your home. Careful consideration and inspection prior to beginning any work. Next, took me through their findings and pricing. This company has a professional breakdown of their work with matched pricing – easy to understand and very standard. They got to work and continued to demonstrate the respectfulness with drop cloths and worked SO quietly. I forgot they were there for a few moments at one point. I was very comfortable leaving the space to go and do my own thing. I was very comfortable as a women by myself. I appreciated their home inspection (which was included) and they mentioned a few things I knew needed doing, was a good reminder to be proactive.
Overall very impressed with Scott and Emmanuel and the company’s focus on being a top notch company in all areas of business.

Troy did a great job. He installed two bathroom taps and kitchen tap. He replaced my toliet. He was neat and tidy. He answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy with the job he did. I am very happy with his work.😀
