Dave S. did a great job fixing our plumbing situation in the bathroom, it was a complicated issue (very old pipes) but he was able to replace parts and fix our problem with minimal damage to our walls which was a great relief.

Patrick Campbell and his assistant did an amazing job in terms of not only addressing our issue (gas line installation for our bbq) but also took the time to inspect our home for plumbing related issues and were so patient walking my wife and I through some pointers with other items in our home. They were extremely professional and courteous and we will for sure use their services again.

I had such an amazing experience with The Gentleman Pro's! I was in a panic because I had no water and a cake order due. The receptionist really went out of her way to squeeze me into a short timeline and was very empathetic, professional, and friendly. Trevor showed up ahead of schedule, provided me with several options and explained them all to me. The pricing was very reasonable and exactly what he said it would be up front. He was fast, friendly, efficient, and even cleaned up after himself. Even the renovation team who is fixing up the rest of my house from the flood were impressed with the quality of his work. I highly recommend this Company.

Used this service to locate my drains in an unfinished basement under the concrete. They pointed out things that I didn't know and were very professional and considerate with the whole process.

The technicians who showed up were excellent.

My only quarrel would be with the company over their dispatch fee. You pay $80 for them to show up and this does not get used towards the total cost of service if you choose to go with them. There are ways to recover that $80. For what it's worth - I would suggest let the customer have a free consultation. Most of the time you know the customer's going to use your service in any case. Tryin to nickel and dime everything, just doesn't leave a good taste in the customer's mouth.

With that being said, i've used this company many times for the same type of service... But quite frankly - if I saw another company that offered the same service and there was no dispatch fee - that's all I would need to switch.
