Logan was polite and friendly, the ability to have our problem fixed same day was an amazing relief. Logan definitely went above and beyond to solve our problem. He taught us a few things so we could take care of future problems as well, which was a nice gesture.

One point of criticism is that when we called and asked about the costs of the services we could not get an answer from the person scheduling it; however, when Logan showed up he had a catalog with a list of all the types of repairs and the associated costs. People taking your calls that will necessarily need to answer customer questions about services and costs should be able to direct customers to this catalog that lists prices. Having such a high fee for an initial assessment without being able to get a range on what it might cost seems like a shady business practice (if you have them all and just aren’t giving customers access before hand).

Riley and Mohamed came to my house to do a few jobs. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. Great experience. Would recommend.

They were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable about needed to be done and got it done quickly. They were friendly and patient as they were explaining to us what needed to happen. And most importantly unlike any other contractor we have dealt with they actually cleaned up after themselves. Can’t recommend them enough.

Julian was professional and courteous from the outset. We had multiple electrical issues. Julian was methodical and precise in resolving issues on our panel, and troubleshooting several circuits. He was collaborative in seeking solutions and kept me informed of his progress. All pricing was presented up front, and did not change. Very pleased with the quality of work. Subsequently, we had excellent work done by Logan who connected our roof vent in our attic, and also had Rene did a great job with our faucet and Dan who fixed our shower valve. Great crews! please note, some of the work was completed earlier, but I was unable to post at that time.

Richard was fantastic! Super nice guy and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciate his time and the fact that he explained what he was doing and why. Thank you to Ricard and Beth for helping me out of a bind and working with me to come to a resolution! Absolutely would use in the future and highly recommend these folks.

This company is by far the most professional company I used. Very knowledgeable and amazing service. They don’t charge hourly but by the job….spend time explaining everything and don’t sell you things you don’t need. Please do yourself a favour and call them for any of your mechanical room needs.

Peter was very personable and respectful as he did all repairs explained what needed to be done and did. Highly recommend him.

Both times I have used this company we’re in moments where I had a flood. They took care of everything and made sure to explain things. My son took care of the tank thing today while I went to work and he had awesome things to say about Joe when I got home. Def recommend

Chris O. Was the electrician that worked on my emergency power matter. From the first moment meeting him I felt immediately relieved. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, extremely hard working and went above and beyond. I had a neighbor’s tree fall into my back deck, taking out my power mast. Epcor had shut my power off and taken the line and the meter. Telling me I needed an electrician to fix it. Devastated I went 6 days without power.
I reached out to Gentiemen’s Pro and as always, were there to help.
Chris O not only did exceptional electrical work, but went above and beyond to ensure he got my power back on the day he came. From every detail to ensuring he had an expedited permit, to having an inspector from the city out before he left.
I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and exceptional service.
