Emmanuel was very profesional he showed up right on time and was able to give me very detailed information as to what was causing the problem in my sinks. He was also very honest and was able to recommend a the right services the were required. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed my toilet fixed/replaced and Brandon was great! We ended up not being able to install the new toilet because of sub floor issues, but he did everything he could to try and fix the problem and give as much information as I needed to go forward.

Patrick arrived on time and did not leave until the job(s) were done! This was an estate sale house and repairs were needed after the home inspection. He put a carpet down by the door, put booties over his shoes and we started to discuss all the issues. He told me all about The Gentlemen Pros, went through the billing/pricing guide and I showed him the pictures & report from the home inspection. He gave me an estimate and started to resolve each issue one at a time. He took the time to show me what he was doing and what he found and what he was going to do to fix it. I appreciated that! I learned a LOT from Patrick. We were at the estate home for 9 hours, he only stepped out once to rent a tool. After everything was fixed (and he showed me), he did a home inspection and left the report with me. Patrick is pleasant, he’s good at educating his customers, he’s thorough, he’s tidy, and he’s a hard worker. I would recommend Patrick and The Gentlemen Pros with the utmost confidence. They did an excellent job! I would give 5 stars, but the installation was over $500 for a faucet. A professional's time costs money, and apparently the job was not straightforward. But we were quoted that amount before the work began. That seems like a lot of money for a faucet installation.

Check water pressure and check rattling pipes. This was 2nd visit as pressure was not checked on first visit.

Now the 3rd job they have done for us. Pricier than most but worth the additional money for an excellent job.

Had a leaking pressure reducing valve. Earliest appointment was 10 days out. They came in 2 days, were very efficient and professional. There's a reason we stick with Gentlemen Plumbers.

Punctual, quickly identified problems, provided various solution options, attentive, was not in a rush to leave, accepted to fix other stuff right on the spot.

Good service. Somewhat pricey though but prices have gone up everywhere too...
