I’m adding to this rating, because once again Gentleman Plumbers came to our aid.
This time Riley B came out to deal with our basement drain backing up.
Once again the customer service was top notch, from the initial interaction with the call centre, alerts about when to expect the technician, to the assessment & job completion.
Riley was punctual, professional, courteous & had fantastic communication skills. Everything was done with care & efficiency. Again we appreciated the clear upfront quotes/options & we’re completely satisfied with the service & results.
It’s comforting to know that if we have plumbing issues there’s someone reliable to contact.

They were more thorough than I expected therefore it took much longer than I expected. There was a maintenance issue with my hot water heater that I wasn’t aware of so that was addressed.
It cost me more than I was initially expecting in but I believe I was properly taken care of.
Overall I liked the service and trusted the recommendations of Patrick, my service provider.

Brent was clear and honest for my repair. He also educated and updated me during his process of fixing my leak in the bathroom. Showed up on a Friday night and now I can finally turn on the water in the house! Very appreciative that The Gentlemen Pros do same day service.

Dean came out to our house today and patiently answered our many questions. He took the time to go over all our options and then did a fantastic job when it came to installation. I had phoned another electrical company first and although they took down my information, I never heard back from them to schedule an appointment. Gentleman Pros got me booked in right away and did an excellent job!

Electrical inspection done. Very thorough super pleasant tech. Answered all my questions. Suggested some minor changes for safety which were cost effective. Ok his time and ensured that I understood each item on report. A great experience.

Definitely lived up to the namesake as well as the google rating. Dave S did a fantastic job as well as conveying the knowledge to give us a firm understanding of what he did. He also had an understudy with him who provided great information on the company and every service available to the customer. Sound work, very impressed.

We recently used the Gentlemen Pros plumbing services to do several jobs related to our pipes and sewage (drain auger, pipe fiberglass lining, fixing pipe end cap, etc) and we're extremely satisfied with their work.
Their technician explained the pricing upfront and kept us informed throughout the process.
Their booking system was easy and fast as well.
We would recommend their services and will be working with them in the future.

As a first time home owner I needed some electrical help - I truly got more help, information and insight than I ever thought was possible. I personally choose to be a club member as I see the cost per month as an addition to the condo fee I am paying (live in a townhouse). It was build in the early 70s and it needs a lot of TLC I learned. I had Julian coming out to what looked as a simple outlet and switches repair - no wonder things were not working - a previous "renovation" had left a lot to question (and danger). These are things not even noted or inspected during the home inspection. I cannot thank The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating & Electrical more for being so quick, on time, taking the time here, not just fixing and making it better than it even was before but also educate about different things.

Julian took his time to explain every question I had + pointing out things I can look for myself and things to be aware of. They truly do a complete work and I could not be happier. Will I comfortably use them again in the future - absolutely, including others to do the same. You get more than you pay for. I highly recommend them and Julian, thank you once again.

Had peter install a water softener, laundry tub, and hot water tank. Very happy. Peter was pleasant and punctual. Would reccommend to anyone needing plumbing work

Terry and the other technician (sorry I don’t remember his name 🥴 ) were very professional, kind, and diligent when installing my furnace. They worked long hours in a cramped space!
