Chris was awesome! Had the issue fixed within minutes and clearly explained what the problem had been and how he fixed it.

Great service! Diagnosed the problem immediately, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Also got quotes on a few other things that needed to be fixed, and didn't pressure me into anything. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future.

Andra the Plumbing Tech, that Gentleman Pros sent out to help find, solve and repair - a long and mysterious - on going leak; in the master suit shower.
We were unable to fix it ourselves. Andre worked continually until he finally resolved the issue in under half the day with no extra cost, then the agreed estimate before he began. The part used to fix the leak...was extra naturally.
We are so excited to be able to use the shower after 10 months. Luckily there are two more bathrooms

Clear explanations, visual demonstrations, careful checking of all electrical outlets, very clear speaker (much appreciated by someone with hearing loss), treated with delightful humor and respect. This experience was much more positive than I have ever had before.

Andra was great helping me with a main valve breakage. Personable and professional. Extremely friendly and explained things well. Took pics of the break beforehand and then showed me the crack in the valve after he took it out. He indicated if not discovered and not immediately fixed i would have had significant damage. I can attest that when i found the leak there was hissing and water coming out even after turning off the water. Smiling even after 5 plus hours! Thank you very much for your help. Plus the ladies answering the phone were lovely as well. I dont know if cost wise it was better or worst but no other company made an effort to arrange for someone to come out. Earliest was mid next week. Thank you to everyone...even though this could have turned into a very bad event, the experience dealing with your company made it not such a terrible day (from discovering the issue to getting it fixed it was close to 10 hours of the day, so long day) ..and in the end I now have peace of mind

I had Martin as my Electrican, super nice guy, very professional and wore those foot protector thingys through the house which was great! He also did a complimentary check of everything. He found a non electrical issue and brought it to my attention and told me how to fix it. Would highly recommend this company.

Ryan was unreal. He showed up with everything he needed was friendly and personable. Knew what he was doing, got straight into figuring out the issue. Did a full inspection and was thorough and efficient. I have zero complaints about his performance and would 100% retain his services again!!

Got a new dishwasher but the install person could not do the plumbing. Called, explained my situation, in 45 min. which I was quoted Noah arrived. I'm very grateful as the water valve was installed with the latest and best connection for safety and longevity. Whew. Noah has exceptional customer service. You would be fortunate to experience his excellent attitude! Thanks to all.
