My AC had an issue where the air is not going through. GP scheduled visit and have informed me the timing in advance, told me who to expect-with a picture so I wont let strangers in. Terry reviewed the whole system with me and diagnosed it was because the wires not hooked to the right place. He examined outdoor unit, indoor parts thoroughly, tested the AC and temperature to make sure all works well. He explained the problem and what to watch for in future as the AC is over 10 years. He told me how to maintain the outdoor unit as well. I was expecting the AC to go to the dampater, but here, all up and running for the hot summer, I would have a cool place to chill out. Thank you Terry and thank you Gentleman Pro. I would recommend them highly!
