I had the pleasure of meeting Michaela today who was sent to my home for a leak that had made it through a home inspection (new buy.. just moved in).
She was extremely professional, kind, courteous and hands on!
She was able to find out very quickly the damage we were dealing with and just how horrific it was.
We had a leak in our upstairs shower and as a result extensive black mold where our leak came out in our main floor ceiling.
Our booking ended up taking the entire day and she did such an amazing job!
She went through the rest of our home afterwards checking for any other possible leaks and was very thorough.
I highly recommend hiring the gentlemen pros.
I am amazed at the service we received and very happy with my outcome.

This was our second work order with the Gentleman Pros. Once again Ryan provided excellent service. We also commend staff at the Gentleman Pros offices for their professional, courteous and friendly communication. It is obvious that the Gentleman Pros have very high standards for customer service. I will be calling on the Gentleman Pros for all my future residential plumbing, HVAC and electrical projects. We subscribed to their “Member” plan which provides cost savings, an additional year of warranty (above their standard five-years) and priority service.

James was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to address the issue in a timely fashion. Well done!

I had an issue with our sink line as I emptied a bunch of dog food and it did nothing but clog up the sink line. With a bit of panic, we had a plumber come to the house to unclog it with no success, and which only made my anxiety through the roof. I met Jeff today and he Took all my worries and anxiety away. There should be a lot more people like Jeff around never mind plumbers. He showed up at my house, very professional, warm and friendly, and just at that moment I knew and felt positive about the day ahead. And that is exactly what happened. When the last plumber failed us completely with his worthless machine, Jeff’s machine was amazing and it cut through like butter. Patience and understanding was what I very much liked about him as he explained everything very thoroughly to me and when he did my home inspection, he even taught me many things I didn’t know about my home. Today was nothing but a blessing to have Jeff come into my home and work as hard as he did. We are so grateful that we believe we had the best worker to do the job. Thank you, Jeff! It was so great to meet you today and to have gotten to know you. We are so thankful for Gentleman Pros Plumbing and we will highly highly recommend them Jeff especially to anyone with high anxiety about issues with a clogged sink. I was very satisfied and pleased with Andrey Jeffery’s plumbing service. He fixed kitchen sink leakage and bathtub ( replaced cracked cartridge). After his service was completed, Andrew did a final inspection to make sure everything worked properly. My special thank to Andrey for his diligence, patience, professionalism and useful recommendations to improve some pluming spots in near future. Val DAVYDENKO

Gage was great! Super courteous and professional throughout the visit. Explained all options clearly and got the job done well. He also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I called the gentlemen plumbers for a stuck tub spout about a week ago and got Crystal to schedule the appointment. I felt like I was talking to a friend when I spoke with Crystal, she was kind and cheery. When I called back with further questions, I got Crystal again who remembered me immediately, which I thoroughly appreciated. I am always surprised when this happens.
The day came for the plumber to come. Troy arrived on time, which I very much appreciated as I had gotten off night shift only a half hour before. He was clean and very gentlemanly. Polite, respectful, personable, funny and very knowledgable. When he started the job, I left him alone and went onto the couch, where I accidentally fell asleep for about fifteen minutes. I was comfortable enough with a man I didn’t know in my home while I was home alone to fall asleep. He was detailed in what he was going to do to fix it and gave me several options and cost breakdowns. He had the job completed in 3 or so hours, told me everything he did and showed me why the spout was stuck. He made sure my home was kept protected by wearing shoe covers and using a mat to protect the floors. He made sure to close doors behind him to prevent my cats from going where they weren’t supposed to. When he encountered them he was so kind to them. He cleaned up after himself when he was done, showed me that everything was working well, and did a free home inspection so I would know what else needs to be fixed in future. I was so impressed with his professionalism throughout. Thank you Troy, thank you Crystal, and thank you The Gentleman Plumbers.

The Edmonton office provides prompt and efficient service with up-front pricing so there are no surprises. I have had the Gentlemen Pros do both small and large projects and each one was done well.
