Bill at Gentlemen Pros tried everything he could think of to help my water heater issue. Painters were in and the heater turned off with a fumes warning. He even phoned the manufacturer abd spoke with technical support, for advise. All windows open and fans helping the off gassing for a few days, however, if this doesn't work, I may be getting a new water heater! 😳

Chris was very helpful. I told him the issue I was having with the washer always tripping the breaker. After checking it out he presented a more cost effective solution. The electrician came on time, with sufficient warning via text/email. He took the time to assess and plan my job, communicate exactly what he was going to do, and patiently answered all of my questions. Worked hard to get it done the same day, and was very personable and professional throughout.

Update 25-jun-2024: I just had them back to do a much bigger and more complicated job, involving Gentlemen Pro, Enmax and a City Inspector. Gentlemen Pro coordinated everything, including the permitting to ensure the work was done quickly, as I had to go without power for ~10 hours. I also observed the professional working relationship between the electrician, the Enmax rep, and the City inspector which probably helped everything go smoothly.

Andrew did an excellent job today. He was here for the annual inspection and also resolved an issue I had with the humidifier on my furnace. Also checked another furnace problem and advised that no further action required at this time. Net result was that I saved the $2,000 that another company told me it would cost to fix the problems.

A residential plumbing and heating system home inspection sheet/checklist was performed by Gage therein the issue was found.
