Had another job - this time - Flavian was the plumber/electrician handling it. Installed two Ecobee thermostats; what impressed me was his persistence - had an issue getting power to the AC from the main board but he came back and while it took a little time to find the problem, they stuck with it and fixed it. Of course, all at NO additional cost. Full marks for persistence and client satisfaction. People don't always get it right the first time; however, what makes a great company vs. an average one, is the ability to recover and fix the problem and not charge for the issue to correct it in the first place.

Andre Jeffery was the plumber that replaced our sink and fixed a few items as well. He was incredibly hard working and did outstanding work making things work - especially since our old sink would not fit in our cabinet. Worked until 7:30pm at night to finish the job. Incredibly polite and very dedicated.

Julian, the master electrician took time to explain the problems and fixing it. He inspected all the switches and plugs. He found out a lot of code violations, wrong connections and poor workmanship. Julian is an excellent teacher, knowledgeable and takes pride on his workmanship. After all these works, I can turn on the switches and use the plugs without fear. Thank you Julian!

I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service, professionalism, and overall friendly trustworthy demeanour. Ryan came and inspected and replaced my hot water tank on a stat holiday “Canada Day”. I was not expecting that. I also live in rural Alberta outside Edmonton and they gladly drove out to help us without charging extra for fuel. Would definitely recommend Gentlemen Pro Plumbing to others great company.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Found a different but still inside the sewer from a previous attempt. He was able and patient enough to fish that out saving perhaps a complete dig out and install of new pipe. Absolutely would call again! Thank you!!
