Had a leak at my rental property - quick to book in, Adam was on time and very prompt. What stands out to me is that he really cared about the work he was doing and went the extra mile in diagnosing and solving where the leak was coming from. Anyone else would have come in and just cut holes to solve the problem - Adam spent some extra time investigating and was able to save me from cutting into the drywall. Much appreciated Adam! Mohamed S. took care of my bathroom sink drainage problem this morning. He dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently, and did so in a most personable way. If I need Gentleman Plumbers again, I’ll ask for him specifically.

They have done some awesome work in my house...from assisting in installing a shower... to changing taps and fixing a leaking toilet.

Gage was extremely patient and thorough in trouble shooting to find a small leak that was causing a big problem. His persistence paid off. He was able to locate the issue and see that it was fixed properly. He was friendly and polite even though it was a late night call. Martin returned the following day to address the electrical issue and we received the same high quality service from him. We can always count on their team to get the job done no matter how big or small with friendly knowledgeable service and great results.

I called Gentlemen Plumbers to have a new toilet installed. Little did I or the technician, James, realize what would be in store for us in what turned out to be a never-ending day of escalading problems. As soon as he removed the old toilet, we discovered a completely deteriorated flange and a portion of pipe that needed replacing. Then in the midst of repairing that, the main shut off valve sprang a leak, which involved having to call Epcor to turn off the water (to the block, as it turned out), draining the water to the whole complex, completing the repair, calling Epcor again to turn the water back on, and testing the repairs. In all, James was at my place from 8:30 am until 10:00 pm working on all the repairs. He even stuck around in the hours of time it took to coordinate with Epcor and drain the pipes from the complex. I wouldn’t have blamed him if he left to say he would return the next day to finish. But he hung in there, always keeping a positive attitude, which helped me tremendously. The actual repair work and new toilet are of very high quality, and communication with both the company and James was always very clear, upfront, and professional. But the thing I will remember most is the care, patience, positive attitude, and helpfulness of James. He helped keep everything in perspective and was as concerned as I was about having everything turn out okay in the end. I will definitely go back to them for any future work.

I have been using the Gentleman Plumbers for years and have found them to always do a great job. Recently I had Riley come to my place and give me a thorough inspection and explanation of the work needing to be done. He kept me informed of all goings on and let me know whenever he found anything that could be worrisome. I am confident in the work he and Jordan did regarding the leaks, never complained even when the work went over timeline and more popped up, and know they took every precaution to ensure it was done right. They were very personable, and really lived up the the Gentleman's name. Thank you very much!

Caleb was a delight to have in my home while he trouble-shot the issue with my bathtub faucet.

Even though I failed to plan ahead which caused no work to be done, Caleb did such a good job putting everything back together that the initial problem I was having presented in a mush less aggressive way.

This will give me the time I need to go through the proper channels (for my situation) to have my plumbing fixed and for that I am very grateful.

Directly to Gentleman Bros, your pricing and your selection of great trades people are why I chose you. Clearly the best choice in Calgary. Caleb was here from morning to afternoon and because of your great pricing policy I'm not out how ever much it would have cost to have him here by the hour.

I regret that I can't go with Gentleman Bros as my plumbers but if you're reading this maybe you can. And should. Ask for Caleb lol
