Our team uses camera inspections first to locate and assess the problem, then carefully excavates only where necessary, minimizing as much property disruption as possible.
The process starts with a thorough inspection using specialized cameras and leak detection tools (see more on our Camera Inspection page). This helps us map the exact location of the problem before we dig. Once confirmed, our team will mark out utility lines, prepare the site, and safely expose the damaged area.
From there, we’ll either replace the damaged section of pipe, or if appropriate, install a full new line. Once the plumbing work is done, we’ll backfill the excavation and, whenever possible, restore landscaping or surfaces that were disturbed.
Depending on weather, access, and soil conditions, most excavation and pipe repair jobs take about one to two days to complete.
